Petz Plaza has an open door policy.

We want you to feel entirely at ease with leaving your furry family member in the care of our professional, fully trained staff.  Drop in anytime and we'll be delighted to introduce you to our caregivers and have a staff member give you a personally guided tour so you can see the facility for yourself.

Please know that we take the responsibility of caring for family pets very seriously and as such, we also have very stringent RULES & REGULATIONS to respect the health as well as the privacy of our canine and feline clients.

Shhh... at times, we have even been known to host a pet or two associated with the movie and sports industries!  But PLEASE, no pet paparazzi here!

Staff

We are very proud of our experienced staff members and their commitment to providing an atmosphere of safety and fun at The Petz Plaza. Each staff member has an undeniable love for animals and they care for your pets as if they were their own.  In fact, the owners' dog is a daily fixture at the Jefferson location, enjoying "Playtime" and "TLC" as much as the next pooch!  And their cat can be seen playing with friends in the kitty condos or lazing on the counter at check out.

The Petz Plaza is owned and operated by Dr. C.B. Hackett, veterinarian of the Animal Health Clinic, and his son, Michael Hackett, general manager of The Petz Plaza. J.T. Hackett oversees the daily operations and management of Petz Plaza’s Jefferson location.
